摘要

本文总结红藤汤中药灌肠联合艾灸疗法治疗1例慢性盆腔炎湿热蕴结型患者的效果。在病情观察、饮食指导及情志护理等常规护理措施的基础上，运用红藤汤中药灌肠联合艾灸疗法，患者腹痛、带下异常明显改善，健康状况得到提高。红藤汤中药灌肠联合艾灸疗法能明显缓解湿热蕴结型慢性盆腔炎症状，缩短病程，临床疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect of Hongteng Tang traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with moxibustion therapy on a patient with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat accumulation type. On the basis of routine nursing measures such as disease observation， dietary guidance， and emotional care， the use of Hongteng Tang traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with moxibustion therapy significantly improved the patient's abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal discharge， and their health condition was improved. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine enema with Hongteng decoction and moxibustion therapy can significantly alleviate the symptoms of damp heat accumulation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease， shorten the course of the disease， and have significant clinical efficacy.
