摘要

本文总结1例采用头部刮痧联合耳穴压丸改善肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的个案报告，具体包括头部刮痧与耳穴压丸选取经络及穴位的依据、操作方法、注意事项及健康教育等。基于中医辨证理论指导，充分发挥中医特色护理技术，有效改善患者眩晕症状，提高患者舒适度，使患者生活质量得到改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case report of a patient with liver yang hyperactivity vertigo treated with head scraping combined with ear acupressure pills， including the basis， operation methods， precautions， and health education for selecting meridians and acupoints for head scraping and ear acupressure pills. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， fully utilizing the characteristic nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine， effectively improving patients' dizziness symptoms， enhancing patient comfort， and improving their quality of life.
