摘要

本文总结1例新生儿肺炎合并肛周脓肿患儿进行医护一体化查房的经验。由科室护士长组织查房小组，邀请外科专科小组和主管医护共同参与护理计划制定，有针对性的实施护理干预措施，以利于疾病转归。使用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉输液以控制肺部感染、促进痰液排出；吸入用布地奈德混悬液、吸入用异丙托溴氨溶液雾化吸入以减轻气道炎性反应；配合超声药物透入治疗及穴位贴敷治疗以改善患儿相关症状。同时加强肛周脓肿术后部位皮肤护理，使用中药外洗治疗辅助创面愈合，以促进患儿术后康复，提高医疗护理服务质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of a neonatal pneumonia complicated with perianal abscess undergoing integrated medical and nursing ward rounds. The head nurse of the department organizes a ward round team， invites the surgical specialty team and the supervising medical staff to participate in the development of nursing plans， and implements targeted nursing interventions to facilitate disease progression. Use intravenous infusion of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium， and ambroxol hydrochloride injection to control pulmonary infections and promote sputum discharge； Inhalation of budesonide suspension and inhalation of ipratropium bromide solution via nebulization to alleviate airway inflammatory reactions； Cooperate with ultrasound drug penetration therapy and acupoint application therapy to improve related symptoms in children. At the same time， strengthen the postoperative skin care of perianal abscess， use traditional Chinese medicine external washing treatment to assist wound healing， promote postoperative recovery of children， and improve the quality of medical and nursing services.
