摘要

本文总结应用皮内针联合耳穴贴压技术改善1例慢性肾衰竭尿毒症期患者眩晕的护理体会。基于子午流注理论指导，予患者皮内针联合耳穴贴压治疗，并配合饮食、用药、情志、生活护理措施及健康指导，有效改善患者眩晕症状及焦虑情绪。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using intradermal needle combined with ear acupressure technique to improve dizziness in a patient with chronic renal failure and uremia. Based on the theory of meridian flow injection， patients are treated with intradermal needles combined with ear acupressure， and combined with diet， medication， emotional and lifestyle care measures， as well as health guidance， effectively improving the symptoms of dizziness and anxiety.
