摘要

本文总结病证结合中医特色护理促进1例活动期溃疡性结肠炎病人快速康复的护理经验，护理要点包括基础护理（病情观察、饮食指导、用药护理、心理护理）和病证结合中医特色护理（经内镜肠道植管术后全结肠中药保留灌肠、耳穴综合疗法及艾灸）。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of promoting rapid recovery of a patient with active ulcerative colitis by combining disease and syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. The nursing points include basic nursing （disease observation， dietary guidance， medication nursing， psychological nursing） and disease and syndrome combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing （whole colon Chinese medicine retention enema after endoscopic intestinal catheterization， comprehensive ear acupuncture therapy， and moxibustion）.
