摘要

肝癌是一种高发癌症，放射治疗是治疗肝癌的重要手段之一，然而，在放射治疗过程中，患者常常会出现疼痛的情况，给其带来不适和困扰。我院于2023年4月7日收治1例肝癌患者，针对其放射治疗期间的疼痛感实施相应的评估及护理，通过药物、心理、饮食及生活指导等方面实施疼痛管理，效果显著。本文总结此患者的护理过程及具体护理对策，为后续临床此类患者的疼痛管理工作提供相应参考。

Abstract

Liver cancer is a high-risk cancer， and radiotherapy is one of the important methods for treating liver cancer. However， during the radiotherapy process， patients often experience pain， which brings discomfort and distress. On April 7， 2023， our hospital admitted a patient with liver cancer. We conducted corresponding assessments and nursing care for their pain during radiotherapy， and implemented pain management through medication， psychology， diet， and lifestyle guidance， with significant results. This article summarizes the nursing process and specific nursing strategies for this patient， providing corresponding references for the pain management of such patients in subsequent clinical practice.
