摘要

疝气是普外科常见手术之一，其治疗效果和患者康复速度受到多种因素的影响。脐疝在成人患者中少见，症状以脐部肿块为主。本报告旨在通过对我科1例成人脐疝患者中西医结合护理个案进行详细描述，包括围术期的评估、术前准备及术后伤口护理、疼痛管理、中医护理特色技术的应用、饮食和康复指导等。探讨中西医结合，并总结治疗护理经验和干预措施，以期为临床中西医结合规范化治疗护理此类患者提供参考。

Abstract

Hernia is one of the common surgeries in general surgery， and its treatment effect and patient recovery speed are influenced by various factors. Umbilical hernia is rare in adult patients， with the main symptom being a mass in the navel. This report aims to provide a detailed description of a case of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care for an adult umbilical hernia patient in our department， including perioperative evaluation， preoperative preparation and postoperative wound care， pain management， application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， diet and rehabilitation guidance， etc. Explore the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， summarize treatment and nursing experience and intervention measures， in order to provide reference for standardized treatment and nursing of such patients in clinical practice.
