摘要

本文总结1例气虚感冒合并颈肩部疼痛患者行棍针拨筋疗法治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论与软外理论指导，予患者棍针拨筋疗法治疗，配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，有效改善患者疼痛、焦虑临床症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a patient with Qi deficiency and cold combined with neck and shoulder pain treated with stick needle stretching therapy. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment and the guidance of soft external medicine theory， patients are treated with stick needle and tendon therapy， combined with routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance， emotional care， daily living care， and health knowledge education， effectively improving the clinical symptoms of pain and anxiety in patients.
