摘要

本文总结1例心水病心肺气虚证患者的护理体会。通过开展中医辨证施治并结合现代医学支持治疗，护理方面重点使用中医特色护理技术，如耳穴压豆、足浴及心理护理，患者生活质量明显提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with heart water disease and heart lung qi deficiency syndrome. By carrying out traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment combined with modern medical support， and focusing on the use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques in nursing， such as ear acupressure， foot bath， and psychological care， the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved.
