摘要

本文总结1例自身免疫性肝炎肝硬化患者的的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。依据患者的临床资料，由床位主管护士汇报病例，主治医生查体、介绍分析病情，医护联合针对重难点内容进行讨论，共同制定诊疗计划和护理措施。通过医护一体化查房，建立医护患三位一体新诊疗护理模式，以达到整体护理的效果，从而改善患者的就医体验，提高医疗服务质量和患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practical experience of integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds in a patient with autoimmune hepatitis and cirrhosis. Based on the patient's clinical data， the bed supervisor nurse reports the case， the attending physician conducts a physical examination， introduces and analyzes the condition， and the medical staff jointly discuss the key and difficult points to jointly develop a diagnosis and treatment plan and nursing measures. Through the integration of medical care and ward rounds， a new diagnosis， treatment， and nursing model integrating medical care and patient care is established to achieve the effect of holistic nursing， thereby improving the patient's medical experience， enhancing the quality of medical services， and increasing patient satisfaction.
