摘要

总结1例嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎累及肺脏肾脏患者的护理体会。在本案例中基于急诊护理进行监测评估协助医生完善罕见疾病的诊断，在机械通气、肾脏替代治疗过程中密切观察生命体征及各项指标，在呼吸道、皮肤、管路以及用药等方面予患者对症护理，有效解决患者清理呼吸道无效、体温过高、活动无耐力及有皮肤完整性受损的危险等护理问题。经过在急诊监护室29 d的治疗护理，患者病情逐渐好转趋于稳定后转康复科行康复治疗。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with eosinophilic granulomatous polyangitis involving the lungs and kidneys. In this case， monitoring and evaluation were conducted based on emergency nursing to assist doctors in improving the diagnosis of rare diseases. Vital signs and various indicators were closely observed during mechanical ventilation and renal replacement therapy. Symptomatic care was provided to patients in terms of respiratory tract， skin， tubing， and medication， effectively solving nursing problems such as ineffective respiratory clearance， high body temperature， lack of activity tolerance， and risk of skin integrity damage. After 29 days of treatment and nursing in the emergency care unit， the patient's condition gradually improved and stabilized before being transferred to the rehabilitation department for rehabilitation treatment.
