摘要

本文总结腹部八卦推拿联合脐灸干预1例胃痞病患者的护理体会。本例超高龄胃痞病患者属本虚标实之证，脾虚为本，湿热内蕴为标。治法建立在实时跟踪与动态观察的基础上，以健脾助运、调整升降为要，干预时先治标后求本，以腹部八卦推拿联合脐灸以达到“以运为清，以运为补”的作用，为干预超高龄胃痞患者提供新的方法及依据。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of abdominal Bagua massage combined with umbilical moxibustion intervention in a patient with gastric ruff disease. This case of an extremely elderly patient with gastric mucosal disease belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in the root and excess in the target， with spleen deficiency as the root and dampness heat as the target. The treatment method is based on real-time tracking and dynamic observation， with the emphasis on strengthening the spleen to assist in movement and adjusting elevation. When intervening， the symptoms should be treated first and then the root cause should be sought. The combination of abdominal Bagua massage and umbilical moxibustion is used to achieve the effect of "clearing with movement and supplementing with movement"， providing new methods and basis for intervening in extremely elderly patients with gastric prolapse.
