摘要

本文总结1例乳腺癌患者截瘫后致4期压力性损伤的护理经验。根据患者病情，首先由责任护士汇报病史，医生分析病情，医护联合查房，评估患者伤口情况，组建MDT团队。充分评估后制定个性化护理方案，具体包括病情观察、伤口护理、营养管理、心理疗法以及出院后随访跟踪（延伸护理）。经过多学科团队合作模式下的治疗，患者伤口完全愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with breast cancer who suffered from stage 4 stress injury after paraplegia. Based on the patient's condition， the responsible nurse first reports the medical history， the doctor analyzes the condition， the medical staff conducts a joint ward round， evaluates the patient's wound condition， and forms an MDT team. After a thorough evaluation， develop a personalized nursing plan that includes disease observation， wound care， nutritional management， psychotherapy， and follow-up after discharge （extended care）. Through multidisciplinary team collaboration， the patient's wound has fully healed.
