摘要

本文总结1例运用虎符铜砭刮痧联合银翘散治疗亚急性甲状腺炎患者的护理体会。基于整体观念，以辨证施治与个体化相结合为治疗原则，运用虎符铜砭刮痧疗法，同时予患者膳食指导、情志护理、药物护理及疼痛护理等措施，以调理气血，疏肝解郁，减轻患者疼痛，改善睡眠，提高自身免疫功能。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with subacute thyroiditis treated with Hufu Tongbian Guasha combined with Yinqiao San. Based on a holistic approach， the treatment principle combines syndrome differentiation and individualization. The Tiger Fu Copper Needle Scraping Therapy is used， and patients are provided with dietary guidance， emotional care， medication care， and pain management measures to regulate qi and blood， soothe the liver and relieve depression， alleviate patient pain， improve sleep， and enhance their immune function.
