摘要

本文总结1例胃癌切除术后患者实施早期序贯肠内营养疗法及耳穴贴压的护理经验。本例患者因上腹部不适、反酸、嗳气来院就诊，诊断为胃体癌，于2019年7月11日在全麻下行胃癌根治术，术后护理要点包括早期给与营养风险筛查及肠道功能评估，对患者现存及潜在问题进行护理诊断并制定护理计划，实施护理措施，进行护理评价。经积极治疗和精心护理，患者病情平稳，情绪良好并顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of implementing early sequential enteral nutrition therapy and ear acupressure in a patient after gastric cancer resection. The patient in this case came to the hospital for treatment due to upper abdominal discomfort， acid reflux， and belching， diagnosed with gastric cancer. On July 11， 2019， gastric cancer radical surgery was performed under general anesthesia. Postoperative nursing points include early nutritional risk screening and intestinal function assessment， nursing diagnosis of existing and potential problems in the patient， development of nursing plans， implementation of nursing measures， and nursing evaluation. After active treatment and careful care， the patient's condition remained stable， their emotions were good， and they were discharged smoothly.
