摘要

本文总结1例手法通乳治疗肝胃郁热型外吹乳痈患者护理体会。针对患者的病情进行护理评估及辨证分型，采用手法通乳中医技术，有效改善乳痈患者乳房疼痛、肿块及乳汁排泄通畅度等主要症状，减轻患者疼痛，缓解焦虑情绪，促进疾病康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with liver and stomach stagnation heat type external blowing breast abscess treated with manual lactation. Nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation are carried out based on the patient's condition， and traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as manual lactation are used to effectively improve the main symptoms of breast pain， lumps， and smooth milk excretion in patients with breast abscess， alleviate patient pain， relieve anxiety， and promote disease recovery.
