Nursing care of a child with acute tonsillitis treated with Scraping combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy
This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of using scraping technique combined with acupoint bloodletting to treat acute tonsillitis in children. Through comprehensive nursing evaluation and guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing, the clinical manifestations of high fever and sore throat in patients were treated with scraping therapy in the projection area of the neck and throat, combined with bloodletting at Shaoshang and Shangyang acupoints, effectively controlling the child's body temperature, significantly relieving sore throat, and increasing their comfort.
