摘要

本文总结1例肝恶性肿瘤HAIC介入治疗后患者行中西医护理的经验，具体包括症状护理、中医护理、心理护理及生活护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，患者术后出现的恶心、呕吐及剑突下疼痛等不适症状明显改善，整体生活质量得到显著提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of providing Chinese and Western medicine nursing care to a patient with liver malignant tumor after HAIC intervention treatment， including symptom nursing， traditional Chinese medicine nursing， psychological nursing， and life nursing. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， targeted measures were taken to significantly improve postoperative discomfort symptoms such as nausea， vomiting， and pain under the xiphoid process in patients， and overall quality of life was significantly improved.
