摘要

本文总结1例周围性面瘫患者行火龙罐综合灸治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取火龙罐综合灸治疗，并配合饮食指导、情志护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，有效缓解患者疼痛症状，且该方法具有不良反应少、安全性高等优势，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a patient with peripheral facial paralysis treated with comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon jar. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， comprehensive moxibustion treatment with fire dragon jar is adopted， combined with routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance， emotional care， and health knowledge education， effectively alleviating patients' pain symptoms. This method has the advantages of few adverse reactions and high safety， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
