摘要

本文总结1例杵针疗法联合中药泥灸治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理报告。患者入院后完善相关护理评估，基于中医辨证、经络诊察，在生活起居、饮食指导及腰背肌功能锻炼等常规治疗基础上，实施杵针疗法与中药泥灸治疗。经治疗，患者腰腿部症状及腰椎功能得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing report on a patient with cold dampness obstruction type lumbar disc herniation treated with a combination of pestle needle therapy and traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion. After admission， the patient underwent a comprehensive nursing evaluation based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and meridian diagnosis. In addition to routine treatments such as daily living， dietary guidance， and lumbar and back muscle function exercise， the patient was treated with pestle needle therapy and traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion. After treatment， the patient's lower back and leg symptoms as well as lumbar spine function were significantly improved.
