摘要

本文总结1例治疗风热型头痛患者的护理经验。在中医理论指导下通过辨证，明确采用推拿按摩联合耳穴治疗法治疗患者头痛症状，耳穴治疗具体包括耳尖放血和耳穴贴压治疗。经治疗3 d后，患者头痛症状得到明显缓解，一周后予患者电话回访，患者头痛未再发生，推拿按摩联合耳穴治疗风热型头痛疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with wind heat type headache. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， through differentiation of syndromes， it is clear that the combination of massage and ear acupressure therapy is used to treat patients with headache symptoms. Ear acupressure therapy specifically includes ear tip bloodletting and ear acupressure therapy. After 3 days of treatment， the patient's headache symptoms were significantly relieved. A week later， the patient was followed up by phone， and the headache did not recur. The combination of massage and ear acupressure treatment showed significant efficacy in treating wind heat type headache.
