摘要

本文报告1例社区糖尿病足合并感染患者的综合护理过程与成效。通过护理评估、精准诊断、个性化护理计划及综合护理措施的实施，包括常规护理、心理护理、健康指导及中医护理等，患者糖尿病足创面感染得到有效控制，最终创面愈合，血糖水平趋于稳定，生活质量显著提升。本文旨在分享该病例的护理经验，以期为同类疾病的护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This paper reports the process and effect of comprehensive nursing care for a community patient with diabetes foot infection. Through the implementation of nursing evaluation， accurate diagnosis， personalized nursing plan and comprehensive nursing measures， including routine nursing， psychological nursing， health guidance and traditional Chinese medicine nursing， the patients with diabetes foot wound infection was effectively controlled， and eventually the wound healed， the blood sugar level stabilized， and the quality of life significantly improved. This article aims to share the nursing experience of this case， in order to provide reference for nursing practice of similar diseases.
