摘要

大庖性类天疱疮是一种好发于老年人的自身免疫性表皮下大疱病，临床上以躯干、四肢出现张力性大疱为特点。本文总结1例大疱性类天疱疮合并脑积水并发呼吸障碍患者的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，为患者制定护理计划，实施基础护理、中西医结合护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等综合措施。患者疱疹全部好转，未发生局部和全身感染，顺利脱机。

Abstract

Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune subepidermal bullous disease that tends to occur more frequently in the elderly. Clinically， it is characterized by tension bullae in trunk and limbs. This paper summarized the experience of nursing for a patient with bullous pemphigoid complicated with hydrocephalus and respiratory disorders. An individualized nursing plan was made on the basis of nursing risk assessment， and comprehensive nursing measures were carried out including basic nursing， integrative nursing， nutrition support， personalized skin care， psychological care， etc. The herpes was all improved， no local or systemic infection occurred， and the patient was successfully weaned from ventilation.
