本文

总结1例痈切开引流术后感染性伤口的护理经验。经常规外科换药及口服抗生素2个月后感染无法控制，基于中医辨证论治，结合中医内治法，在常规外科换药的基础上，通过口服中药配合中医适宜技术，达到调节血糖、去腐生肌、控制感染的效果。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of Treatment and nursing of a case of infected wound after carbuncle incision and drainage under the guidance of the holistic view of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. The implementation of routine surgical dressing change and oral antibiotics for 2 weeks was failed to control the infection. The patient was then treated by syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment combined with internal treatment of TCM， on the basis of routine surgical dressing change. Appropriate TCM nursing techniques were also carried out to achieve the effect of regulating blood sugar， removing the necrotic tissue and promoting the growth of granulation， and controlling infection.
