摘要

总结1例糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者实施中西医结合治疗的护理报告。通过对患者进行科学的护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理实施、护理评价。在中医理论的指导下，辩证施护，开展针对性护理干预，同时做好患者的疼痛、饮食、生活、睡眠护理和情志护理，配合梅花针及拔罐等治疗，有效控制疱疹的感染，减轻疼痛，促进疱疹愈合。确保患者的生理状态，帮助患者树立积极的治疗心态。中医适宜技术在临床应用广泛，且效果良好。

Abstract

The nursing report of one case of diabetes mellitus with herpes zoster treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was summarized. Through the patients with scientific nursing evaluation， nursing diagnosis， nursing plan， nursing implementation， nursing evaluation. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， dialectical care， targeted nursing intervention， at the same time， do a good job of patient pain， diet， life， sleep care and emotional care， with plum blossom needle and cupping treatment， effectively control of herpes infection， reduce pain， promote herpes healing. Ensure the physiological state of patients， and help patients to establish a positive treatment attitude. Appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technology is widely used in clinical practice and has good results.
