摘要

总结了1例肠造口术后出院患者的延续性护理的体会，借助网络平台进行健康教育。认为延续性护理可以提高患者满意度，加强患者对造口护理知识的掌握，帮助患者改变不良的生活习惯，研究以积极心理学为基础的延续护理联合中医按摩及PDSA循环对永久性肠造口患者自我效能感的影响。采用以积极心理学为基础的延续护理联合中医按摩及PDSA循环干预，能有效改善其生活质量，同时减少其并发症的发生，得到了患者的一致认可，值得临床推广并应用。

Abstract

The experience of continuous nursing of a patient discharged from hospital after enterostomy was summarized， and the health education was carried out with the help of network platform. It is believed that continuous nursing can improve patients' satisfaction， strengthen patients' mastery of stoma nursing knowledge， help patients change bad living habits， and study the effect of continuous nursing based on positive psychology combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and PDSA cycle on the self-efficacy of patients with permanent enterostomy. Continuous nursing based on positive psychology combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and PDSA circulation intervention can effectively improve their quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications， which has been unanimously recognized by patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
