摘要

总结了1例回肠造口术后的护理效果。患者生活自理能力尚可，术后早期缺乏护理经验，导致造口并发症的发生，给造口护理增加了难度，给患者带来痛苦。在该患者的诊疗期间造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎的情况进行动态化的评估、中西医结合护理、饮食指导、营养支持以及在门诊换药给予家属护理指导，以及后期随访观察，从而得到延续性护理。该患者造口周围皮肤刺激性皮炎得到有效的护理治疗，达到愈合。

Abstract

The nursing effect of 1 case after ileostomy was summarized. The self-care ability of the patients was not bad， and the lack of nursing experience in the early postoperative period led to the occurrence of stoma complications， which increased the difficulty of stoma nursing and brought pain to the patients. During the period of diagnosis and treatment， the condition of skin irritation dermatitis around the stoma was evaluated dynamically， the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， diet guidance， nutrition support and the nursing guidance to the family members in the outpatient clinic were carried out， and late follow-up observation， so as to get continuous care. The patient with peristomal skin irritation dermatitis received effective nursing treatment to achieve healing.
