摘要
本文探讨2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇（CHG）湿敷对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）穿刺点静脉炎的效果。在常规换药的基础上消毒完皮肤后，用2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇（CHG）浸湿无菌纱布，拧干后，用无菌剪剪成能覆盖红肿部位大小（约2 cm）的方块，湿敷在穿刺点，以“放、捏、抚”的固定法则无张力粘贴敷料，每天换药1次。湿敷4 d后，PICC穿刺点静脉炎明显减轻。2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇（CHG）湿敷能有效缓解PICC穿刺点静脉炎。
Abstract
This paper investigated the effect of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate （CHG） wet compress in the treatment of phlebitis at peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） puncture sites. After disinfecting the skin on the basis of routine dressing change， the sterile gauze was soaked with 2% chlorhexidine gluconate （CHG）， wringing dry， and cut into squares （about 2 cm） that could cover the red and swollen parts with sterile scissors. The square was wet applied to the puncture point， and the dressing was pasted without tension according to the fixation rule of "release， pinch and massage". Dressing was changed once a day. Four days after wet compress， phlebitis at PICC puncture site was significantly alleviated. Application of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate （CHG） wet compress has a significant effect on relief od phlebitis at PICC puncture site.
