摘要

本文总结1例腰椎内固定术后顽固性呃逆患者的中西医结合护理经验，介绍顽固性呃逆的病因病机，通过中医辨证分型，实施情志护理、调畅气机、饮食护理、生活起居护理，同时结合中医适宜技术穴位按摩、耳穴贴压、拔罐、穴位贴敷等进行干预。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with intractable hiccup after lumbar internal fixation. It introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of intractable hiccup. Through the dialectical classification of traditional Chinese medicine， the nursing measures for this intractable hiccup include emotional care， diet care， daily living care， point massage， ear point sticking and point sticking combined with appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.
