摘要

采用中药离子导入联合传统胃肠减压等方法治疗高龄老年人不完全肠梗阻1例，在常规胃肠减压、保留灌肠等措施基础上，实施中药超声药物透入治疗，并给予疼痛、心理等护理，患者大便得解，肠道得通，腹胀痛得消。中药超声药物透入可缩短疗程和住院时间，节约医疗成本和患者经济支出，操作简单，对机体干预小等优势。总结本例患者的护理体会，为探讨进一步优化中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的护理方案提供借鉴。

Abstract

A case of incomplete intestinal obstruction in the elderly was treated by iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional gastrointestinal decompression.On the basis of conventional gastrointestinal decompression and retention enema.Implement Chinese medicine ultrasonic drug penetration therapy.and give pain and psychological care.The patient has loose stool， bowel movement， abdominal distension and pain.Ultrasonic penetration of traditional Chinese medicine can shorten the course of treatment and hospitalization time.Save medical cost and patient's economic expenditure.Simple operation， little interference to the body， etc.Summarize the nursing experience of this patient， and provide reference for further optimizing the nursing scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for intestinal obstruction.
