摘要

本文总结1例食管裂孔疝伴呃逆患者的中西医联合治疗和护理经验。根据中医辨病辨证理论，运用针灸、耳穴贴压、中药塌渍联合对症治疗，同时给予患者中药热罨包、穴位贴敷、饮食护理及情志护理干预，对促进疾病康复有重要意义。

Abstract

This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing management for a patient with hiatus hernia complicated by hiccup. A combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment including acupuncture， auricular acupoint pressing， Chinese medicine collapse stains were carried out based on the theory of the disease and syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as Chinese medicine hot package， acupoint pressing， dietary intervention and emotional care were provided to improve the recovery of the patient.
