摘要

本文总结1例湿疹患者中医特色治疗及护理体会。根据证型辨证实施口服中药汤剂、拔火罐、中药溻渍、耳穴贴压等中医特色治疗及护理干预，同时联合西医抗感染、抗过敏、止痛止痒治疗和常规护理干预。中西医相互补充，能更有效改善患者皮肤不适症状，缓解疼痛。此外，应加强活动指导和心理护理，有助于促进患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） characteristic treatment and nursing of a patient with eczema. Based on the syndrome differentiation， TCM characteristic therapies and nursing interventions including oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine decoction， TCM cupping， TCM collapse stains and auricular acupoint pressing were carried out. Western medicine treatment for anti-infection， anti-allergy， pain and itch relief were used in combination with TCM treatment. The combination of TCM and western medicine is effective to relieve uncomfortable symptoms and pain of the patient with eczema. In addition， exercise guidance and psychological care should be enhanced to improve the recovery of the patient.
