摘要

本文总结1例右肱骨大结节骨折患者行肩关节镜手术过程中预防低温的护理。围手术期非计划性低体温是围手术期最常见的并发症，对循环系统、中枢系统、凝血功能等有一定程度的影响。本案例对患者围手术期液体加温、冲洗液加温，并根据围手术期患者的体温变化，采用冷不适量表（Cold Discomfort Scale，CDS）进行分析，发现术中对输液加温及冲洗液加温，可有效防止低体温的发生。加强手术室对于围手术期非计划性低体温的评估、预防流程的重视，降低围手术期非计划性低体温的发生率，提高手术室护理质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing for preventing hypothermia during shoulder arthroscopic surgery for a patient with fracture of the greater tuberosity of the right humerus. Perioperative unplanned hypothermia is the most common complication in the perioperative period， which has a certain degree of impact on the circulatory system， central system， and coagulation function. In this case， the patient's perioperative fluid heating and rinsing fluid heating were analyzed. According to the patient's body temperature changes during the perioperative period， the Cold Discomfort Scale （CDS） was used to analyze and find that intraoperative heating of infusion and rinsing fluid can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia. To strengthen the operating room's attention to the evaluation and prevention process of perioperative unplanned hypothermia， reduce the incidence of perioperative unplanned hypothermia， and improve the quality of operating room nursing.
