摘要

本文总结1例骨折术后便秘患者的中医护理体会，针对骨科术后常见并发症便秘，运用调理气血的方法进行干预，改善患者脾胃水谷运化功能和促进排便。目前，腹部穴位按摩、穴位贴敷是预防和治疗便秘的两种常用方法。腹部穴位按摩可促进胃肠蠕动，穴位贴敷能加强局部血液循环。本案例采用腹部穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗骨折术后便秘临床效果好，值得推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine on a patient with constipation after fracture surgery. To address common postoperative complications of constipation in orthopedic surgery， intervention is carried out by regulating Qi and blood to improve the function of spleen and stomach in order to promote defecation in the patient. Currently， abdominal acupoint massage and acupoint application are two commonly used methods for preventing and treating constipation. Abdominal acupoint massage can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis. Acupoint application can enhance local blood circulation. Abdominal acupoint massage combined with acupoint application is used to treat constipation after fracture surgery， which has a good clinical effect and is worth promoting.
