摘要
本文总结1例运用耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者的中医护理要点。针对肝郁化火型失眠患者，在治疗前评估患者失眠的程度，治疗中使用耳部刮痧联合耳穴贴压技术，改善失眠症患者的睡眠质量及睡眠结构，并配合中医综合护理措施，有效改善了患者的临床症状。
Abstract
This article summarized the TCM nursing points of a case of insomnia with liver depression and fire type treated by scraping with copper bian needle combined with auricular point sticking. For insomnia patients with liver stagnation and fire type， the degree of insomnia was evaluated before treatment. During the treatment， ear scraping combined with auricular point sticking technique was used to improve the sleep quality and sleep structure of insomnia patients. Combined with comprehensive nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine， the clinical symptoms of patients were effectively improved.
