摘要

本文总结1例颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者肠系膜术后出现肠梗阻的中医护理体会。基于辩证施护，实施雷火灸联合中药灌肠，同时配合饮食护理、心理护理、康复指导等干预措施，改善患者腹胀腹痛症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a case of intestinal obstruction after mesenteric surgery in a patient with craniocerebral injury and multiple injuries. Based on dialectical nursing， the implementation of lightning fire moxibustion and Traditional Chinese Medicine enema， combined with intervention measures such as dietary care， psychological care， and rehabilitation guidance， which can improve the patient’s symptoms of abdominal distension and pain.
