摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧联合中药代茶饮治疗1例风寒湿痹型项痹病患者的护理体会。运用中医辨证施护，实施铜砭刮痧技术并结合中药代茶饮，加强患者体位及饮食指导，有效改善风寒湿痹型项痹病患者的症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylosis of wind-cold-damp syndrome treated by scraping with copper bianstone combined with traditional Chinese medicine as tea. The application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the implementation of copper bianstone scraping technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine as tea drinking， strengthening the patient's posture and diet guidance， can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis of wind-cold-dampness syndrome and reduce the pain of patients.
