摘要

本文总结1例全息三联序贯耳疗法治疗肝火亢盛型原发性高血压患者的护理经验。全息三联序贯耳疗法包括耳部全息铜砭刮痧、耳尖放血和耳穴贴压。通过辨证取穴，实施针对性干预，能有效缓解肝火亢盛型原发性高血压患者不适症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with essential hypertension of hyperactive liver fire treated with holographic triple sequential auricular therapy. Holographic triple sequential auricular therapy included auricular scraping with holographic copper bian needle， auricular tip bleeding and auricular point sticking. Through syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection and targeted intervention， the discomfort symptoms of patients with essential hypertension of hyperactive liver fire can be effectively relieved.
