目的
2
总结1例乳癌病患者心肾不交型失眠的中医护理经验。
方法
2
针对本专科内1例乳癌病患者心肾不交型失眠，采用临床中医护理技术雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗，结合相应的五音疗法以及情志疏导、膳食指导。
结果
2
经过积极的中医护理适宜技术干预，改善了患者的临床中医症候评分、睡眠质量PSQI指数和焦虑状态，患者无并发症顺利出院。
结论

乳癌病患者心肾不交型失眠，属本虚标实；雷火灸联合耳穴磁疗可改善乳腺癌患者心肾不交型的睡眠障碍，缩短入睡时间，提高睡眠质量和效率。
Abstract
Objective

To summarize the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing experience in a breast cancer patient with insomnia due to heart-kidney incompatibility.
Methods
2
TCM nursing interventions including thunder-fire moxibustion combined with auricular magnetic bead， corresponding five-tone therapy， emotional nursing and dietary guidance were applied.
Results
2
After active nursing intervention， the patient's clinical symptoms and sleep quality were improved， and was discharged successfully without complications.
Conclusion
2
For this breast cancer patient， the insomnia due to the heart-kidney incompatibility belongs to the root deficiency and branch excess. Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with auricular magnetic bead is effective for shortening the time to fall asleep and improving the sleep quality and efficiency in breast cancer patients with insomnia due to disharmony between heart and kidney.
