摘要

本文总结1例心肾不交型失眠伴焦虑患者的中医护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，明确患者证型，开展辨证施护，运用督灸、十字灸、耳穴埋豆同时配合生活指导、健康教育等常规护理措施，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评价疗效，患者睡眠状况明显改善，值得临床参考应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for a patient with insomnia and anxiety caused by heart-kidney disharmony. Based on the theory of TCM dialectical nursing， the patient's syndrome type was clarified， and dialectical nursing was conducted. Du-moxibustion， cross moxibustion， seed-embedding at otopoints and other routine nursing measures such as life guidance and health education were applied. The efficacy was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale （PSQI） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. The patient's sleep status was obviously improved. The above nursing intervention were worthy of clinical reference and application.
