摘要

本文总结1例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的护理经验。护理要点包括动态评估排尿功能及全身情况，改间歇导尿为间歇性留置导尿，全程无菌操作，予健康宣教及心理支持，采用物理疗法配合中医适宜护理技术，循序渐进进行拔管训练。经过40 d的精心治疗与护理，患者出院时顺利拔除尿管，排尿积分由入院时的3分降低为1分。

Abstract

this paper summarizes 1 case of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury patients nursing experience. The key points of nursing included dynamic assessment of urination function and general condition， changing intermittent catheterization to intermittent indwelling catheterization， the whole process of aseptic operation， health education and psychological support， using physical therapy with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate nursing technology， and extubation training step by step. After 40 days of careful treatment and nursing， the patient's catheter was removed successfully when he was discharged， and the urination score was reduced from 3 points at admission to 1 point.
