摘要

本文总结1例运用中医五音疗法联合穴位按摩干预产妇产程疼痛的护理体会。分析产程疼痛的原因并实施中医护理干预，通过穴位按摩刺激经络穴位，同时辨证选取《中国传统五行音乐》中的相应类型曲目，有效缓解了产妇产程中的分娩痛和焦虑心理，缩短了产程时间，促进了产妇自然分娩。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Traditional Chinese Medicine five-tone therapy combined with acupressure to intervene in labor pain. Based on the analysis of causes of labor pain， the TCM nursing interventions were applied. By stimulating meridian points through acupressure and selecting corresponding types of music from "Traditional Chinese Five Elements Music"， the pain and anxiety of lying-in woman during childbirth were effectively alleviated， the delivery time was shortened， and natural childbirth was promoted.
