摘要

目的

探讨面碗灸对过敏性紫癜患儿疼痛症状的临床效果，为该病的治疗提供临床依据。

方法

予1例过敏性紫癜疼痛患儿面碗灸治疗，采用Wong-Bake面部表情评分法对治疗前患儿疼痛进行评估，本例患儿属疼痛严重。

结果

面碗灸治疗5 d后，患儿疼痛分值降为0分，无疼痛症状。

结论

面碗灸可缓解过敏性紫癜患者的疼痛症状。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the clinical effect of noodle bowl moxibustion on pain symptoms in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura， so as to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of the disease.

Methods

to 1 case of allergic purpura in children with pain rainbow noodle bowl moxibustion therapy， the Wong-Bake facial expression evaluation method to evaluate before treatment with pain， the cases of children with severe pain.

Results

After the 5 d of results rainbow noodle bowl moxibustion therapy， the children pain scores reduced to 0， no pain symptoms.

Conclusion

the rainbow noodle bowl moxibustion can relieve pain symptoms of allergic purpura patients.
