摘要

本文总结1例刺血拔罐技术应用于外感发热患者的治疗与护理经验。通过中医辨证分型，针对性地选取穴位，实施大椎穴放血、耳尖放血和拔罐（留罐）的方法，以及情志护理、饮食护理、健康教育等，有效地改善了患者的发热症状，促进了病情痊愈，改善了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the treatment and nursing experience of the application of pricking blood and cupping in a patient with exogenous fever. Based on the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine， targeted acupoints were selected and the following measures were applied： bloodletting at Dazhui acupoint， ear-apex bloodletting and cupping （retention）， emotional nursing， diet nursing， healthy education and so on. The patient’s fever symptoms were effectively improved， the recovery was promoted and life quality was also improved.
