摘要

本文总结1例全息刮痧联合耳尖放血治疗骨折患者围手术期血糖偏高、视力模糊的护理经验。基于中医全息刮痧理论指导，取耳部、手部第二掌骨、胫骨前端进行刮拭，并予耳尖处放血，有效缓解患者围手术期因血糖偏高引起的视物模糊、疼痛、头晕等症状，提高患者术后舒适度及锻炼依从性，加速康复，提高患者生活质量水平。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of holographic scraping combined with ear tip bloodleaving in the treatment of fracture patients with high blood glucose and blurred vision during the perioperative period. Based on the holographic scrapping of traditional Chinese medicine theory instruction， take the second metacarpal ear， hand， and tibia front to blow dry， and to the tip of ear bleeding， relieve patients perioperative blurred vision， pain caused by high blood sugar， the symptom such as dizziness， improve patient comfort and postoperative exercise adherence， accelerate rehabilitation， improve patient quality of life.
