摘要

本文报告1例老年高血压患者住院期间，在西医治疗的基础上，配合以中药穴位贴敷以及耳穴贴压等中医护理技术进行干预，有效控制了患者的血压，缓解眩晕、心悸、焦虑等症状，促进患者恢复身心健康。

Abstract

This article reports a case of an elderly patient with hypertension who was hospitalized. On the basis of Western medicine treatment， combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including TCM acupoint application and auricular acupoint pressing， effectively controlled the patient's blood pressure， relieved symptoms such as dizziness， palpitations， and anxiety， and promoted the patient's recovery of physical and mental health.
