摘要

本文总结了1例应用阴平阳秘五行罐疗法联合隔姜灸调理卵巢癌患者康复期阳虚质的护理经验。本病例患者为卵巢癌术后且辅助紫杉醇+卡铂化疗6周期后出现阳虚质，在治疗过程中首先选择创新性中医外治疗法（阴平阳秘五行罐疗法）每周一次，其次在阴平阳秘五行罐疗法中采用循经温阳，以任督二脉、阴维脉、阳维脉，“引气归元”、通调一身阳气；再在罐法的基础上联合每日一次腹部隔姜灸。经过2个月的调理，快速、有效地补其阳气，缓解了患者畏寒肢冷等症状，阳虚质亚量表转化分由92.9分降至28.6分，改善了患者的阳虚体质，对于预防肿瘤复发、转移，提高患者的生存期意义重大。同时，本案例也提示循经温阳是改善患者阳虚的关键，为临床肿瘤阳虚体质的患者治疗提供新的思路，值得临床参考借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of ovarian cancer patient who underwent the combination of Yinping Yangmi five element cupping therapy and ginger moxibustion to regulate Yang deficiency during the recovery period. The patient in this case developed Yang deficiency syndrome after ovarian cancer surgery and 6 cycles of adjuvant paclitaxel+carboplatin chemotherapy. During the treatment of this case， innovative Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment （Yinping Yangmi five element cupping therapy） was first chosen once a week. Secondly， the method of warming Yang along the meridians in Yinping Yangmi five element cupping therapy was adopted to regulate Ren and Du meridians， Yin Wei meridians， and Yang Wei meridians to guide Qi to return to its original state and regulate the whole body of Yang Qi. Based on the cupping method， daily abdominal ginger moxibustion was performed. After 2 months of conditioning， the patient's Yang Qi was quickly and effectively replenished， and symptoms such as chills and cold limbs were resolved. The conversion score of the Yang deficiency quality subscale decreased from 92.9 points to 28.6 points， thereby improving the patient's Yang deficiency constitution. This is of great significance for preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis， and improving the patient's survival period. At the same time， this case also suggests that warming Yang along the meridians is the key to improve patients' Yang deficiency. The above measures provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with clinical tumors Yang deficiency constitution， which is worthy of clinical reference.
