摘要

本文总结1例脾虚不运型腹型肥胖消渴病患者行限食疗法联合中医适宜技术进行临床效果观察的案例。在限食疗法的基础上，辨证施护，采用百笑灸、平衡火罐、耳穴压豆中医技术改善患者便溏、神疲乏力、夜寐不安的阳性体征，支持整个治疗过程，取得了较好的减重、减脂、降糖的效果。中医护理技术操作简便易行且效果明确，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case study of a patient with abdominal obesity and diabetes of spleen deficiency and stagnation type who underwent dietary restriction therapy combined with appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques. Based on dietary restriction therapy， TCM techniques including Baixiao moxibustion， balanced cupping， and auricular point compression were applied to improve the positive signs of loose stools， fatigue， and restlessness at night in the patient， supporting the entire treatment process and achieving good results in weight loss， lipid reduction， and blood sugar lowering. TCM nursing techniques are easy to operate and have clear effects， which are worthy of clinical reference.
