摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压治疗1例2型糖尿病气阴两虚型乏力患者的护理经验。乏力作为糖尿病患者最主要的症状，严重影响患者的身心健康，降低其生活质量。护理人员在完善常规护理的基础上，对1例2型糖尿病气阴两虚型乏力患者采用中医耳穴贴压联合中医五行音乐进行干预。干预8 d后，患者视觉模拟疲乏量表由7分降至2分，Barthel评分由60分升至80分，有效缓解患者乏力的症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of auricular point sticking therapy for a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus and deficiency of both qi and Yin. As the most important symptom of diabetic patients， fatigue seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and reduces their quality of life. On the basis of improving routine nursing， a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and Yin was intervened by auricular point sticking of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five elements music of traditional Chinese medicine. After 8 days of intervention， the visual analogue fatigue scale of patients decreased from 7 points to 2 points， and the Barthel score increased from 60 points to 80 points， which effectively relieved the symptoms of fatigue and improved the quality of life of patients.
