摘要
本文报告1例男性原发纵膈绒毛膜癌伴多处转移患者的中医特色情志护理经验。为患者提供中医特色情志护理，基于子午流注理论择时实施五音疗法；基于气功六字诀配合实施芳香疗法。通过实施以上护理措施，患者焦虑抑郁评分均降低，病情稳定，顺利出院。出院一周后电话随访，患者心理状况处于正常水平。中医特色情志护理可以缓解男性绒毛膜癌患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，为以后临床相关护理提供参考。
Abstract
This article reports the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic emotional nursing in a male patient with primary mediastinal choriocarcinoma and multiple metastases. TCM characteristic emotional care was provided， including five tone therapy at the appropriate time based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow and aromatherapy based on the six character formula of Qigong. By implementing the above nursing measures， the patient's anxiety and depression scores were reduced. The patient was emotionally stable and discharged smoothly. A week after discharge， the patient was followed up by phone and his psychological condition was at a normal level. TCM characteristic emotional care could alleviate the anxiety and depression of male choriocarcinoma patient， providing reference for future clinical related nursing.
